Chloe has over 10 years experience as a physiotherapist (aka physical therapist) and uses her knowledge to provide free comprehensive health information to the general public throughout the world in an easy to understand format.

Ashley is a Consultant Intensivist (Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthesia) at Shrewsbury & Telford NHS Trust, UK, and a Fellow of Royal College of Anaesthetists.
Ashley is an elected Intensive Care Society council member and co-chair of the Focused Ultrasound in Intensive Care (FUSIC) committee.
He is BSE accredited in Critical Care Echocardiography and has been a BSE committee member and examiner. Ashley was involved in writing the guidelines for lung ultrasound imaging for the new Nightingale Hospital set up in London in response to COVID-19. Full bio
Andrew is a senior physiotherapist with an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. He currently works as a community matron for Leeds Community NHS Trust.
He is one of the 1% of registered physiotherapists in the UK with independent non-medical prescribing rights. Andrew is also a guest lecturer and examiner at Leeds Beckett University.
Kate is a GP Partner (primary care physician) in Shropshire, UK. She obtained a merit pass in exams for the Royal College of General Practitioners and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree from the University of Sheffield, UK.
Kate also holds the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. Before becoming a doctor, she gained a MSc Hons Neuroscience at Nottingham University, UK.
Chloe began writing health websites back in 2010 due to her passion to empower patients and thoroughly involve them in the rehab process.
It has been such a success that in 2013, she went on to develop foot-pain-explored.com. Shoulder-pain-explained.com is her latest venture, after many requests from visitors to her other websites.
In 2016 Chloe went on to publish her first book - Knee Arthritis: Take Back Control which has received excellent feedback and an overall review rating of 4.4/5 on Amazon & Goodreads.
In 2021 she published her second book - Beat Knee Pain: Take Back Control which has been ranked #2 in orthopedics on Kindle and has an average user rating of 5/5 on Amazon & Goodreads. She hopes to publish more books in the near future.
All the information shared comes from Chloe’s extensive knowledge and experience as a senior physiotherapy clinician. Over the years she has treated countless people with all manner of musculoskeletal and neurological problems.
Chloe stopped practicing as a Physiotherapist in 2016 to concentrate fully on both developing websites and her family.
